Third-year Ph.D. student in the Signal Theory and Communications department at Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya, Barcelona, supported by the FI AGAUR grant. Her research focuses on self-supervised learning of representations, transformers, attention mechanisms, and medical imaging. In her thesis, she leverages deep learning and computer vision techniques to enhance computer-aided diagnosis in computational pathology. Previously, she applied convolutional autoencoders to remove specular reflections in colposcopy images as part of her Bachelor’s in Computer Science thesis. She has extensive experience collaborating with medical professionals and multidisciplinary software development teams.
