Video retrieval web interface developed with Google Web Toolkit (GWT)

Web interface prototype for the retrieval of videos based on their keyframes. The keyframes belong to assets found after a text query. A reranking algorithm promotes the diversity of assets on a classic random walk approach. Keyframes can be clustered by applying the quality threshold algorithm. Visual similarity is assed using four MPEG-7 visual descriptors.

Web interface developed during the bachelor thesis of Mónica Alfaro at the Catalan Broadcast Corporation (CCMA), with the assistance of Manuel Martos to adapt the UPC web services.
