Object Maps on Movie Trailers

13 movie trailers downloaded from YouTube have been analysed with Object Maps software for video summarisation. Each of them has been summarised with a single image.

The dataset consists of three different types of visual summaries:

1. Random selection of frames from a uniform sampling of the movie trailers
2. Visual summaries generated with object maps. (our work)
3. Manual selection of frames from the Internet Movie DataBase (IMBd)

These results was developed by Manuel Martos during his master thesis at the Technische Universität Wien (Spring 2013), under the co-advise of Prof. Horst Eidenberger and Prof. Xavier Giro-i-Nieto.
