Binary Partition Tree for Polarimetric SAR data

Resource Type Date
Software 2015-09-01

Description

This C++ software was developed in the context of the PhD thesis of Alberto Alonso-Gonzalez: Multidimensional and temporal SAR data representation and processing based on binary partition trees, PhD Thesis, May 2014

The software is available at: https://github.com/aalgo/TSCBPT

It contains the code that implements the Binary Partition Tree technique for processing Polarimetric SAR data, as described in [1]. Additionally, the command line tool is able to process several acquisitions, in order to perform the time series BPT-based processing described in [2]. Finally, the tool also implements the Distance Based Bilateral filtering technique, as described in [3], in order to filter & regularize covariance matrices and preserve the spatial resolution.
