Andreu Girbau

I received my degree in Audiovisual Systems Engineering and the MS in Electrical Engineering, both from the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya (Barcelona), in 2015 and 2017 respecively. After a couple of months at the National Institute of Informatics (Tokyo) I enrolled as an Industrial PhD candidate in a collaboration Mediapro (AutomaticTV) - UPC. 

My main research area is focused on sports analysis by using statistical learning (mostly deep learning) applied to computer vision.
